Individual Therapy

People come to therapy for a myriad of reasons; some seeking support in the midst of a crisis, some needing tools and skills to be able to live a more fulfilled life, and others looking for a deeper understanding of themselves. My hope for our work together is for you to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make the changes you want in your life.

Some of the challenges I support individuals through:

  • Overcoming relationship challenges

  • Managing Anxiety and depression

  • Finding belonging

  • Exploring sexuality

  • Adjusting to life/career transitions

  • Navigating women’s health issues

  • Coping with grief and loss

Couples Therapy

Couples often come to therapy to get “unstuck”, and couples therapy can be a space for growth, connection, and building a stronger bond. Couples may also come to therapy to build upon the strong foundation of their relationship and learn skills to manage conflict, address hurtful patterns of behavior, and deepen their relationship with a new understanding of one another.

 Some of the challenges I support couples through:

  • Breaking negative patterns of behavior

  • Learning to communicate fearlessly

  • Defining and cultivating intimacy  

  • Validating and meeting each other’s needs

  • Navigating challenging family relationships

  • Repairing harm and restoring trust
