To everyone around you, you have it together. You're the one people come to. But in dating and relationships, the noise in your head tells a different story. You replay conversations, second-guess your instincts, and hold yourself to a standard that feels impossible to meet. You arrive at each first date with hope, only to leave feeling unseen, drained, or convinced you said the wrong thing. In relationships, you might find yourself overthinking your partner's every word, struggling to be present, or feeling like no matter how much you do, it's never quite enough.

Maybe you stay in relationships long after they've stopped serving you because the anxiety of being alone feels louder than the discomfort of staying. Or you keep attracting the same patterns and can't figure out why, no matter how much self-awareness you bring to it. The perfectionism, the difficulty relaxing, the sense that you're always one misstep away from losing someone's love: these are signs that anxiety is running the show, even when your life looks fine from the outside.

How we’ll work together

As an anxiety therapist, I work with women who are tired of their own overthinking. In therapy with me, you'll finally get to put down the weight you've been carrying. Together we'll explore what's driving the anxiety underneath your relationships and your dating life: the beliefs you hold about your worth, the fears you've learned to manage alone, and the unspoken needs that have never felt safe to express. We'll work on quieting the inner critic, loosening the grip of perfectionism, and helping you actually feel present in your relationships rather than always bracing for something to go wrong. You'll learn to communicate your truth, set boundaries that protect your wellbeing, and recognize when a relationship reflects your growth rather than your fear. I'll help you find love that doesn't feel like something you have to earn.

My Expertise as a Anxiety Therapist for Women in Brooklyn

My professional training and experience empower me to walk this path with you. I earned a Master of Social Work from New York University and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. As an anxiety therapist specializing in dating anxiety, relationship anxiety, and high-functioning anxiety, I work with women whose worry doesn't always look like anxiety from the outside. I have worked extensively with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body-image challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I bring a holistic, client-centered, anti-oppressive lens to my work and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to meet you where you are. I practice from an anti-racist perspective, I am LGBTQ+ affirming, and I embrace a Health at Every Size approach.

If you are ready to stop letting anxiety make your relationship decisions for you, and start showing up as the person you actually are, I'd love to work with you. Let's build the foundation you deserve for love that feels safe, aligned, and real.
